Individual psychotherapy is offered in three options: In-person at my Denver office, via telehealth (phone or video),  and Walk and Talk Therapy.
While treatment is tailored to your individual needs, experiences, goals, and values, I use interventions from the following modalities to help guide the process:

Individual Therapy

Person-centered and trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals 18 and older. Sessions are 50 minutes and are offered in person or via video.

Group Therapy

For those who may benefit from relational healing and connection, I hold several groups focusing on managing trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, and/or neurodivergence. Please inquire for more details.
