Individual psychotherapy is offered in three options: In-person at my Denver office, via telehealth (phone or video), and Walk and Talk Therapy.

Person-centered and trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals 18 and older. Sessions are 50 minutes and are offered in person or via video.

For those who may benefit from relational healing and connection, I hold several groups focusing on managing trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, and/or neurodivergence. Please inquire for more details.
